This was a team effort to build a full distal radius plating system from the ground up, targeting the surgery center market. The goal was to match or exceed the best systems on the market while staying true to OIC's value-based model.
The result was a comprehensive system that gave surgeons everything they need in one tray.

Primary contribution was implant design and mating targeter instruments, though I oversaw the entire system development.
