BCT Platform (Tacoma)
I joined Truckhouse when it was literally two people and a freshly pulled composite shell. From there, we built out the entire BCT platform and delivered 8 customer vehicles.
This was my introduction to composite vehicle manufacturing and the ultra-low-volume production world.

Robust swingout system for spare tire and gear access.
Extended Tacoma Mirrors
Extremely challenging mirror extension design for towing visibility.
Custom Axle Housing
Custom axle housing design for the platform-specific requirements.
Chassis Reinforcement
Structural reinforcement design for the Tacoma chassis under camper loads.
Developed remaining systems that needed design. Notable projects include the pass through, swingout bumper and tire carrier, extended mirrors, custom axle housing, and chassis reinforcement.
