How It Works
Upload a drawing, a STEP file, or both
Drag and drop a PDF, image, or STEP/STP file. Upload a drawing for visual review, a STEP file for 3D geometry DFM analysis, or both for a combined design review where Claude gets 3D context alongside the drawing.
Claude analyzes against engineering standards
Your files are analyzed by Claude Sonnet (Anthropic). Drawings get vision-based review of DFM, GD&T, tolerances, and standards. STEP files are parsed in-browser using OpenCascade WASM, extracting geometry stats that Claude uses for calibrated DFM screening. Combined mode gives Claude both sources for ground-truth cross-referencing.
Review findings, reference, and follow up
Findings are grouped by category and severity. Expand the reference panel to see your 3D model and drawing pages alongside the results. Accept or dismiss findings, then ask follow-up questions in the built-in chat — paste screenshots to point at specific features. Export a PDF report when you're done.
This tool is a first-pass filter — it catches the 80% of issues that slow down manufacturing. It does not replace a qualified engineer's review, but it makes that review faster and more consistent.
Your Files Stay Private
Processed in Your Browser
STEP files are parsed entirely client-side using OpenCascade WASM. PDF pages are rendered locally with pdf.js. Your files never touch our servers.
Nothing Stored
Drawing images are sent to Anthropic's Claude API for analysis, then discarded. No files are saved, cached, or logged. Review history lives only in your browser's local storage.
